Susan R. Robfogel

Susan Robfogel currently serves as “Of Counsel” to the law firm Nixon Peabody, where she was a partner for 28 years focusing on labor relations, employment law, and regulatory matters affecting the health care industry. 

After graduating cum laude from Smith College, she received her law degree from the Cornell Law School. A member of the New York Bar, she was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to the Federal Service Impasses Panel, where she served three terms resolving collective bargaining disputes in the federal sector.

Ms. Robfogel was appointed in 1999 by the joint leadership of the United States Congress to serve on the Board of Directors of the Office of Compliance. She previously served as its Chair. Her current term with the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights expires in April 2021.
