Tarik O. Lott Sr. is a paralegal in the Office of the General Counsel for the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights.
Born in Buffalo, New York, Mr. Lott is a graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He started his legal career in June 1996 with the firm Vinson & Elkins as a legal assistant. Over the next 15 years, Mr. Lott worked for several of the nation’s top law firms gaining valuable experience as a paralegal in ligation, intellectual property, franchising, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Lott loves spending time with family—especially his two dynamic sons, Quentin and Tarik Jr.—and friends, meditating, reading, and running.
