Sally Kram is the Clerk for the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights.
Before joining the office as the Administrative Dispute Resolution Case Administrator in March 2021, she served for 25 years as the Director of Public and Governmental Affairs for the Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metropolitan Area, which focuses on local, regional, and federal matters affecting higher education.
Previously, Ms. Kram was appointed to serve with the Office of Legislative Drafting in the Department of Legislative Services to the Maryland General Assembly and worked as a Legislative Advisor and Legislative Counsel to two members of the Council of the District of Columbia.
Ms. Kram earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with Distinction and Honors in English from Pennsylvania State University.
