Tori S. Padgett is the Administrative Dispute Resolution Specialist for the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (OCWR).
Before joining the OCWR in November 2019, Ms. Padgett worked as a contractor for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) where she was responsible for ensuring that certain thresholds of acceptability were met during background investigations, and she consulted with senior DCSA staff to resolve possible integrity issues. Ms. Padgett has also held a variety of other professional positions, including work as a paralegal for Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP (now Womble Bond Dickinson, LLP).
Ms. Padgett earned a bachelor’s of science degree in criminal justice from Elizabeth City State University and her paralegal certification from Duke University.
