Section 207 prohibits employing offices from intimidating, retaliating against, or discriminating against employees who exercise their rights under the CAA. This protects employees from being retaliated against by their employer because they opposed a practice made unlawful by the CAA, initiated a proceeding, made a charge, provided testimony, assisted, or participated in a hearing or other proceeding brought under the CAA.
