The Notice of Congressional Workplace Rights is available for download here.
The Congressional Accountability Act (CAA) instructs all employing offices, including district and state offices, to display the rights, protections, and procedures provided by the CAA, along with the contact information for the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights. This information is provided in the Notice of Congressional Workplace Rights poster. In addition to describing the protections, this notice describes the administrative procedures under the CAA Reform Act.
The Reform Act (P.L. 115-397) requires: “Every employing office shall post and keep posted (in conspicuous places upon its premises where notices to covered employees are customarily posted) a notice provided by the Office that describes the rights, protections, and procedures applicable to covered employees of the employing office under this Act, concerning violations described in subsection; and includes contact information for the Office.”
