ORDER

Before this Hearing Officer is an invoice in support of plaintiffs motion for attorney’s fees and expenses that is unopposed by the Respondent, the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). After the hearing in this case, this Officer entered judgment in favor of the plaintiff on her complaint for disability discrimination (failure to accommodate), pursuant to 2 U.S.C. § 131 l(a)(3), and granted her request for attorney’s fees and expenses.

This Officer required Plaintiff to submit an invoice of her fees and expenses within ten days of the order. See, 42 U.S.C. §12205, 2 U.S. C. § 13ll(b), O.C. Proc. R. §§ 7.15 and 9.03. Plaintiff has done so. Thereafter, this Officer was informed by the Office of Compliance Case Administrator that the AOC advised that it would not file an opposition to the request for fees. Given that the lack of opposition to both the request for fees and costs and to the amount of the fees and expenses, and it appearing that the requested fees are reasonable, it is this 20th day of August 2012.

ORDERED that the AOC shall pay $39,132.00 to the Plaintiff and her attorney as attorney’s fees and costs in this matter.
