Martin J. Crane joined the Office as the Deputy Executive Director for the Senate in January 2017.
Mr. Crane serves as the principal legal advisor to the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights’ Board of Directors concerning cases falling within its appellate jurisdiction. Before joining the Office, Mr. Crane served as Chief Counsel to the Chairman of the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and as an attorney in the Board’s Office of Appeals Counsel. Mr. Crane has more than fifteen years of prior experience in the private sector advising and educating clients in labor and employment matters.
He received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Eastern Michigan University and his law degree with honors from the George Washington University Law School.
