Bill Lipsky is a Workplace Rights Specialist in the Education and Outreach Division of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (OCWR).
Mr. Lipsky is a licensed attorney and has worked in the public sector for over a decade. Prior to joining OCWR, he served for seven years as a Virginia Magistrate. In this role, he was responsible for interpreting, communicating, and explaining a variety of criminal and civil laws, legal procedures, and ethics rules to individuals with diverse professional backgrounds, including legal professionals, institutional stakeholders, and members of the general public. He received his law degree from George Mason University and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
