Dynah Haubert, a Senior Attorney for the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights, works to ensure access to legislative branch facilities, services, programs, and activities for people with disabilities pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as applied by the Congressional Accountability Act, including overseeing inspection of legislative branch facilities for compliance with the ADA.
Prior to joining the office, Dynah worked for eight years as a staff attorney at Disability Rights Pennsylvania, engaging in litigation and advocacy to enforce the rights of disabled people under the ADA, Fair Housing Act, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Dynah is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Temple University Beasley School of Law.
