OSH Biennial Reports

Sections 215(c) and (e) of the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA) require the General Counsel of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (formerly Office of Compliance) to periodically (at least once each Congress) inspect and investigate legislative branch places of employment and facilities for compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHAct). The General Counsel is also required to issue reports to Congress containing the results of the periodic inspections.
